Transmittal of the independent audit report regarding the services provided by the “Public Safety Administrative Officer” during the period of September 30, 2014 to November 25, 2014. (Action Item)
Per City Council direction and pursuant to the recommendation of the Office of the Orange County District Attorney, staff engaged Burke, Williams & Sorensen, LLP to provide legal services in the form of an independent and impartial audit of the services provided by the newly created "Public Safety Administrative Officer" during the period of September 30, 2014 and November 23, 2014. A copy of the completed audit report is attached.
It is recommended that the City Council:
Receive and file the independent audit report.
