| | | | | | | | OBJECTIVE
For City Council to accept the Medal of Honor Bike and Pedestrian Trail – Tree Information Signs Project Urban Forest Management Plan Project No. 01-2022, as complete and authorize the City Manager to execute the Notice of Completion of Public Improvement and Work. |
| | | | | | | | BACKGROUND
The project consisted of the design, structural calculation, fabrication, installation, as well other items required by the plans and specifications for ten (10) dual sided tree information signs on the City of Garden Grove Medal of Honor Bike and Pedestrian Trail between Nelson and Brookhurst Street. |
| | | | | | | | DISCUSSION
The contractor, Fusion Sign and Design, has completed the improvements in accordance with the plans, specifications, contract, and other related documents. |
| | | | | | | | FINANCIAL IMPACT
This improvement was included in the Cal Fire Grant awarded to the City and supplemented by the Community and Economic Development Department operational budget. |
| | | | | | | | RECOMMENDATION
It is recommended that the City Council:
- Accept the Medal of Honor Bike and Pedestrian Trail – Tree Information Signs Project Urban Forest Management Plan Project No. 01-2022 as complete; and
- Authorize the City Manager to execute the Notice of Completion of Public Works Improvements and Work.
