| | | | | | | | The City contracted with Fehr & Peers to develop Vehicle Miles Traveled (VMT) Thresholds to comply with SB 743. This presentation (see attached) will provide information on what VMT is and how future development projects will be affected with these new requirements. This item will be taken to City Council for consideration at the July 14, 2020, meeting for approval of a Resolution adopting a VMT Threshold to comply with SB 743 as well as adopting Traffic Impact Analysis Guidelines.
